How long does a bridal appointment last?
Your private bridal appointment typically lasts 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore and try on different styles.
How many guests can I bring?
We recommend bringing up to 2–3 guests whose opinions you trust most. A smaller group helps keep the experience relaxed and allows you to focus on finding the dress that’s right for you.
Can I take photos during my appointment?
To ensure every bride enjoys a private and personal experience, photography and video are not permitted during bridal appointments.
Our experienced consultants will help you remember the gowns you’ve tried on and guide you every step of the way.
What dress sizes do you stock?
We have a beautiful collection of designer wedding gowns in a wide range of sizes, from size 4 up to size 30.

Do you offer alterations?
While alterations are not carried out in-store, we work closely with trusted and experienced seamstresses who specialise in bridal alterations.
We’ll happily recommend one of our preferred alteration specialists to ensure your gown fits beautifully for your wedding day and we also offer the option of bringing your dress to the alterations team before your alterations appointment.
When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?
We recommend starting your dress shopping 9–12 months before your wedding, allowing plenty of time for ordering, alterations and those all-important finishing touches.
If your wedding is sooner, don’t worry! We’d still love to welcome you, as we often have gowns available that can suit shorter timelines.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, all bridal consultations are by private appointment.
This allows us to dedicate our time entirely to you and provide a relaxed, one-to-one experience as you search for your dream dress.
